Red tiny bumps around baby's eyelid Is that a serious issue?

A. Could you are allergy or some rash you should get it examined by your doctor once once your doctor is going to examine only then they can tell you what can you apply since it is close to the eyes it is better to check with the doctor what ointment would be feasible to use
