Red colour stain 1 year old baby stool..the stool is bit hard..is there anything to concern?

A. Red colour if there is not a food article colour food particle then it can be associated with blood in the motion in that case you need to be more sure about it if you want you can consult the doctor or can get a stool test done for your child
