recommend a formula milk to baby's weight gain, currently taking alfamil but weight is not gaining. and I have very low milk supply at least recommend me lactating supplement to increase milk supply. my baby s birth weight was 1.94 now she is 3 months 25 days and the weight is 3.1 please help.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Baby should be gaining at least 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand demand. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
