Recently she is saying enough after having 3 to 4 spoons of food. Junk food likes to eat

A. Hai good afternoon !! Avoid sugar, processed, packed, oily,junk foods which reduce appetite. Include fibre foods fruit and vegetables, Cereals, water, fluids, timely feedings for increasing appetite. Observe baby taste preference and planning meals accordingly . Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts, egg, meat helps in increasing baby's weight.
