Recently my son suffered from stomach infection. He had to take metrogyl and was prescribed zinc for 14 long days. We completed the course rightfully. This was last month . It has been a month almost. He keeps complaining of vomiting sensation (nausea) every day before going to school . He skips his tiffin every single day. He is fine at home otherwise. Could this be anxiety of anything else? FYI he goes to school since 8/6 . We have interrogated him about every possible issue he can face in school but ge denies everything? Pls help
