Q.

recently I pulled my sons arm while he was running towards a dog. he started crying and didn't move hi hands for a few hours. there was swelling in his hands but he seems fine now. do I need to get it checked with a doctor.

A. there is a possibility that it might be simple this location which has got relocated or it might be some ligament injury causing swelling so you can give one dosage of paracetamol and if the swelling doesn't improve and the pain worsens then meet your doctor

A. yes you should because obviously if there is swelling there could be another issue also it's better to get it take at least you will be sure whether there is an issue that could be treated and if it is not then nothing like it that would be very good but it is better not to take a chance to get a
