Recently I got to know that I am Covid + , Should I continue breastfeeding to my 3 month old baby girl or not.I don't know if she is also infected with the virus or not.

Breastfeeding is normal and you can do while being covid + by taking precautions during the time. Use mask and sanitize your hands. There is no issue in breastfeeding dear.
You can also give your expressed milk if baby wants your milk right away. Virus does not transfer through your milk.
