recently I gave birth to twin baby boys but they suffer from maple syrup urine disease please check the result and tell me is it normal or serious

coraliumD3-3ml
levipil syrup -1ml
multivitamins and minerals -4drops
doctor told to me is it normal

Maam kindly give it some time as soon as a paediatrician would be available they will attend to your questions shortly they can clear your doubt about the issue that your kids are facing and if it is major or minor or if any treatment would be helpful for this
