ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. green poop in babies is nothing to worry about, in breast fed babies indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.
It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.
If your baby is on formula milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time a day, than check with your paedritician once..

imbalance of hind milk/fore milk
if mother take green intake and baby in on mother milk
green stool is common in babies and first sign of teething in teething phase
