Apply 2-3 times a day for two days or else sandal powder works well apply sandal stick paste (rub sandal stick by adding few drops of water )2-4 times a day on rashes. Give heat reducing fluids coconut water,buttermilk,lemon juice with rock sugar powder,barley,cucumber juice or cucumber slice,soaked raisins water.
