as a child is just 4 months old,I advise to visit your pediatrician for once.
please give plenty of breastfeeds which help your child to fight against such Infection as well as it helps to keep your child well hydrated.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
give Indirect steam inhalation.
