Q.
pural/pimple comes on baby skin on various locations day by day in last 9-10 days. He come to Mumbai month ago from Vidarbha, Maharashtra. He is in 7th month now.

It is possible due to change of atmosphere or some soap or oil. I would suggest to apply your breastmilk and coconut oil. This will help you for sure. Many skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by doing the same.
If it doesn't go in few days then apply bitadin or Clocip powder which is anti fungal and bacterial in nature
