A. Hello! Gradually start introducing all the healthy food combinations to your child that your daily prepared for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be introduced. Keep changing the menu as per this season.
