proper food chart for 6 month baby as i am little confused in salt sugar.should i give it or not??? how many times should i give solid to baby...

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello u can staet with few spoon and one solid in a day and slowly increase the quantity and then the frequency which should be better abd also safe for the growth of your child also and try giving puree fopd so it is eas for baby to take iy and helps baby growth
