Q.
preterm baby how frequently they gain weight? can we expect would be like normal baby after 30 days?

Usually with a premature child expected them to gain at least 350 g in a month on the minimum side for a full term it is about 500 if your child is maintaining 350 and over the period if it is increasing then that is going to be a good weight gain and growth of your child
