preterm baby 75 days , skin rashes on front and back body and above head . so shall I use Himalaya prinkly heat powder

A. hi it looks like heat rashses you can try cool pack there or apply baby soothing Calamine lotion or Babyhug dusting powder. choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child use Ac or fan
