presently I'm entering into 5th month postpartum period and I haven't wrapped my belly so far, can I tie Saree r use belt to reduce my tummy... mine was normal delivery.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. long cotton cloth. start slow n see. do hone workout or gym. but be consistent. exercise in moderate n start walk in daily basis. cut on empty calories n junk n see. this will build muscle n healthy.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. It is not going to help in reducing down the tummy actually it is mostly used in the beginning so that your tummy does not become soggy over the period but still the timer is already passed
