Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Wash hands often Stay hydrated healthy
