Pranik is a 16 months old baby growing on normal pace. These days, he is eating less and his urine is of dark yellow color. He is not on any medication and also taking plenty of water. pls help me what to do in such scenario!

A. do a urine test. is he cranky while urinating ?? or any fever ?? increase fluid intake and maintain a comfortable room temperature for the baby. . .tc. .
