You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in gyexcess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Alhso take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
