A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. it is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery
