A. you should firstly maintain a routine for yourself like walking,light exercise, or yoga as it supports a lot when we do some home remedies for hair and skin. applying oil on hair twice a week and do not apply more than 45 minutes and wash with mild shampoo , trimming your hair timely. apply mask of besan haldi mix with rose water if oily amd if dry mix with malai or raw milk and apply thrice a week.
