See I would just like to say depending upon the kind of delivery you have had different cultures and traditions have their own specific specific diet to follow so I would recommend you to take a proper diet from a nutrition is to follow because as per as we suggest we suggest you to eat everything that you usually used to consume during the time of pregnancy but healthy you just need to avoid eating more of outside food and too much of spicy food during this time
