Q.
post delivery my hair fall is happening a lot. my baby is 3 months and 14 days old and having formula milk will you suggest some medicine for hair fall

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo wiu thth a good conditioner.
