Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Red colour rash over the skin could be most of the times some allergic reaction where itching is also present . If there is any fever associated with generalised rash it could be viral exanthamatous fever . If swelling or pain is there along with rash if may be some infecction or trauma so it needs to be evcaluated . Local application of anti itch lotion or soothing agents like calamine or atarax anti itch lotion will help initially.
