plz suggest syrup for thz he pooped 3times after 2days last two days he didn't pooped ,from today mng he is pooping like loose motions is it k plz suggest anything

now ,first you need to maintain good hydration
so please give fluids like fresh fruits juice ,nimbupani, coconut water which keep your child well hydrated and help to keep him energetic too
second , you may give entrogermina drops twice in a day
it helps to treat viral or bacterial infection in stomach
