Firstly, you should start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. It will help in increasing your breast milk. Rather than this you should also start taking more. Jeera and ajwain in your regular diet. It will also help in increasing breastmilk. Still, you are not getting sufficient milk then you can start giving formula milk. It is the best alternative of mother’s milk.
