Namaste Mom, Apply some warm compress before feeding, and also include the following in your diet - garlic , flax seeds , dry fruits , panjiri, milk, leafy vegetables such as drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves etc , jeera, ajwain , saunf water , chia seeds etc
