ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist11 months agoA. dear mum , begin after completion of 6 mths initially give top food 2 times in a day and a few teaspoon home made food like homemade cerelac , veg / fruit puree dal , khichdi egg non veg add powdered nuts n ghee
