plz share few healthy food tips for the babies who skips or doesn’t like to eat food like mine?

A. dear parent, for your 2+ years old child, you as parent will have to set a positive example by consuming healty foods and encourage healthy eating for the whole family. make simple healthy food items like mixed fruit salad, sandwiches together with child to create interest in food you can even encourage child to keep name of healthy recipes that you make together. present such food in interesting shapes like different shapes of bread, paratha, colourful veggies and fruits in attractive shapes. figure out tasty recipes with healthy ingredients like vegetable, fruits, nuts, paneer, cheese. for example vegetable paneer rolls, homemade burger with vegetable and Soya tikki.
