Give well balanced family food including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Hi.its good you are concerned for your baby's food.First of all make a list of your kids favorite food.what is her break fast favourites,next lunch and dinner.here u will get all her favorite food.now observe what are those.Are they including protiens,pulses,dairy products, fruits, veggies.If so it's OK you are giving her correct food.if not try to add above things in her meals.
