See for that purpose sir there are First Cry blocks that you can check we cannot send you recipes and all you can check them online a lot of mothers have posted very healthy recipes for you to follow which are easy to prepare and healthy at the same time so just check the First Cry blocks for further understanding on the recipes to follow
