plz give me whole diet plan. I'm vegetarian and 17weeks pregnant.

A. dear you should be having a balanced diet providing variety of food groups grains and millets protein from pulses, legumes/ egg non veg nuts handful vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits low fat milk and milk products atleast 500 ml in addition to breakfast lunch and dinner two healthy snacks control intake of high fat sugar salt containing and process package foods keep yourself well hydrated
