Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits anfd dairy produbcts you can also give some multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth

She is three years so she can be given all the food items being prepared for other family members
please avoid maida items , packaged and processed food.
don't use demineralized water for drinking
use Simply Purifed water having tds higher than 350
