A. For healthy growth and development of baby, it is important to feed fresh, home cooked, nutritious meals alongwith variety of fluids. Include foods like oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha, idli-dosa with sambhar, chicken and fish curry with rice, omelette, veg cutlet, boiled egg, pan cake, waffle, veg sandwich and 550-650 ml milk.
