Q.
pls suggest ways to stop breastfeeding. my son is not leaving the habit of breastfeeding to sleep. can I apply something on breasts? I am a working mother and cannot handle this stress of getting up multiple times in night to feed. he is 1 year and 9 months old

stay hydrated.
eat protein rich diet.
try to stay calm and patient as breastmilk plays an important role in Child growth
