Hello mom, offer cereals and wholegrains health mix, Offer 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. offer sweet potato, bracoli, milk, butter, cottage cheese and offer all diary products it helps to improve baby's weight. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
