the Main thing to learn is to stay calm consistent and positive.
for that ,you have to set consistent routine for your child which help to adjust your child well and prevent tantrums.
never argue with your child.
set some rules but don't be harsh.
whenever you get angry ,ask your family member to look after your child for sometime .
try to calm down your own self by deep breathing .
or drink few sips of water.
