pls suggest me healthy food for growth of my baby...and specially for this dangerous time for boosting immunity in body of my baby

A. a healthy balance diet and exercises is what we need. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Hello dear parent, for your 2 years old child Uou should guve to eat that you prepare for your family members. Give everything that is healthy like green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Also give dry fruits, milk, coconut water, butter milk, fruits juice etc. Give supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
