Pls suggest how to get rid of the rashes like that near knee and back side of leg for my 3 yrs baby girl?

A. Atogla you can apply currently which would definitely be a very good option for you to apply and you can apply this a number of times in the day but it is not looking like a rash it’s looking more or less like an allergy
