A. Namaste Mom, baby can be given soft consistency foods here you could add in foods such as nuts and seeds, panner, ghee, milk , in cooked form such as in porridge , kheer etc also dals, rice, dal , roti etc sago , egg yolk, chicken if preferred,

A. Give all the family foods plus good protein in the diet which would be helpful you can actually include both veg and non-veg protein in this age which would be very healthy for the child and you can include Idea chicken and fish in terms of non-vegetarian protein
