pls suggest a healthy diet for 7 year old boy .. and his weight is 30 kg .. is it an ideal weight or not . pls suggest me sir.. and he has dr skin .. pls suggest a good moisturizer..

You can consult your doctor regarding that a dietician would be able to help you with a good diet which will help in reduction of the weight of your child and for dryness on the skin you Nmfe vitamin E cream and also without having an assessment of the child we cannot advise you that what should you be including in diet and what you should not so that the child reduces the way the child is approximately 8 kg overweight
