A. Brisk walk for atleast 30 mins in a day. Include lots of fresh fruits, green vegetables, lean fat, whole grains and low fat dairy products in your diet. Choose to eat small meals at short intervals. This helps to keep your blood sugar levels steady. For snacks, keep flavoured yoghurts or low fat milk. Eat high fibre snacks. Raisins, figs and whole wheat crackers are great options. Chicken and Beans are also a must. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Drink milkshakes, fruit juices, smoothies and soups. Keep stress levels to minimum. Sip on a glass of water before you have your meals. Eat your meals early - 7 or 7:30 in the evening. Stay away from caffeine and alcohol. Only eat home cooked meals.
