A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at fleast 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.

A. For an 11-month-old baby with fever, cough, and a blocked voice, it's important to address these symptoms carefully. 1. **Paracetamol Drops**: The dosage for paracetamol (Tylenol) for infants typically depends on the baby's weight. Generally, the dose is 10-15 mg/kg of body weight per dose, given every 4-6 hours as needed. For a baby weighing 9-10 kg, the usual dose is around 90-150 mg per dose. Check the specific concentration of the paracetamol drops you have, as this can vary by brand. 2. **Blocked Voice**: A blocked or hoarse voice could be due to throat irritation or congestion. For this, consider saline nasal drops to help relieve nasal congestion. Humidifiers can also help soothe a blocked or irritated throat and ease breathing. **Important**: Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the medication packaging or by your pediatrician. If the symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have any concerns, it’s essential to consult with your pediatrician for appropriate treatment and advice tailored to your baby's needs.
