Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Breakfast : boiled egg or home made paneer, besan coriander chilla with curd, fruit smoothie, scrambled egg, seviyan upma, kesar elaichi milk, etc.
Mid morning : Grapes apple smoothie, poha soaked in curd with mashed banana, oats apple smoothie, mashed potato with cheese
Lunch : Mini roti + Dal + any sabzi of choice + few slices of carrot or cucumber or tomatoes, fried rice with sweet corn soup, etc.
Evening : mashed potato with grated paneer, home made cookies with milk, makhana with Banana milkshake, dahi vada etc.
Dinner: shahi paneer with parantha + tomato mushroom soup, paneer cutlets with baked bean soup, bajra roti + brinjal bharta + Dal + vegetable raita, macaroni and cheese with tomato soup, mini roti + Dal + any sabzi of choice.
