please visit endocrinologist as PCOS is hormonal disease. Gynaecologist will only prescribe Meds which will not cure it from root cause. Fully curable with high protein, low carb ,low sugar diet, no processed foods. exercise. even aurveda can cure it.

Contrary to what is written in the question, there is no cure for PCOS even if many people claim to be, there is absolutely no basis to this claim and it is a lifestyle disorder, and it can be handled with dietary changes and lifestyle modifications.
