A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. give healthy diet whatever you cook for your whole family. physical activity is must for half an hour daily

A. You can give nuts like walnuts, cashew, almonds, pistachios and dry fruits like dates, raisins, fig etc on s regular basis. Also engage the child in activities where he or she can hop quite often like skipping or basketball ball etc.,
