please tell me who have a thyroid patients completely avoid food and moderate quantity food

A. Hi, If you are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, you should avoid raw cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower,kale, broccoli etc.. make sure to take nuts and seeds only after soaking them overnight or at least for a few hours. also you may be prone to gaining weight hence make sure to be on a calories restricted diet and exercise regularly

A. During thyroid you can follow a basic diet plan that you can take from a dietician and that’s what you can follow that’s what is going to be helpful and apart from that you can also go ahead what doing basic yoga which is associated with thyroid that’s also going to be helpful
