please tell me what is this..and why it comes in her inner thighsand at armpit and all over her body.. is this normal? what is treatment of this ..please suggest me

You should come consult your doctor this is some kind of an allergy that is spreading on the body and they will tell you what kind of a problem is this they only suggest you the treatment if you happen visit your doctor yet you should immediately do that
