The best to start qfter 5th month along woth Breastfeeding you can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
